Recommend accurate automotive spare parts using structured and unstructured data.

Generate real-time, dynamic price quotations.

Execute real Shopify transactional actions, including:

Adding products to cart

Creating and managing orders

Integrating checkout and payment workflows

Design and implement Human-in-the-Loop escalation workflows for complex cases, ensuring full transfer of conversation and order context.

Log, analyze, and monitor AI decisions, actions, and transactions.

Implement evaluation mechanisms to ensure accuracy, reliability, and reduced hallucinations.

Design a secure, scalable, and maintainable system architecture.

Ensure secure handling of customer, vehicle, and order data.

Ensure compliance with Shopify security standards and best practices.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align AI behavior with commercial goals.
