Field Service Engineers (Team Leader & Shift Leader)

• Supervise team members' activities and performance.
• Delegate tasks and ensure their completion.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Set goals and objectives for the team.
• Monitor progress and productivity.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team.
• Serve as a liaison between team members and upper management.

• Reviewal of documents before submitting to the client.
• Handle PMs and CMs update on MAXIMO with the client.
• Manage spare parts availability and acquisition.
• Act in place of O&M manager in his leave
• Site/Team improvement
• Communicate and update live operations disturbances and impacts with the client

Technicians (Supervisor & other)

• Maintain and repair equipment.
• Equipment installation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Identify equipment problems.
• Housekeeping of on-site stores and tools.
• Manage tasks and time effectively.
• Conduct minor repairs independently.
• Perform additional assigned duties.
• Respond to service tickets promptly.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Escalate technical issues when needed.
• Comply to safety standards.
