A. Site Supervision & Execution:

• Workforce Management: Lead, manage, and monitor the site team, including fabricators, glazers, and installers (both direct company staff and subcontractors), to ensure maximum productivity.
• Progress Monitoring: Allocate daily tasks, set work targets, and closely track the progress of aluminum and glass installation against the approved project schedule.
• Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret architectural drawings, detailed shop drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications to ensure correct execution of works.
• Installation Quality: Oversee the installation of all Aluminum and Glass elements, including:
  Curtain wall systems (stick and unitized).
  Aluminum windows and doors.
  Structural glazing and spider systems.
  Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) cladding.
  Shower cubicles, railings, and interior glass partitions.

B. Quality Control (QC) and Technical Oversight:

• Material Inspection: Inspect all incoming materials (profiles, glass, hardware, sealants) against approved material submittals and delivery notes to prevent the use of incorrect or damaged items.
• Workmanship: Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure superior quality, correct alignment, plumb, and level of all installed units.
• Issue Resolution: Identify site-related technical issues, discrepancies between design and site conditions, and propose practical, timely solutions to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Snagging & Handover: Conduct internal snagging, prepare punch lists, and oversee the prompt rectification of all noted defects to prepare works for consultant/client inspection.

C. Health, Safety, and Documentation:

• Safety Compliance: Ensure the work team strictly adheres to the company's HSE plan, especially concerning working at heights, lifting operations, scaffold safety, and the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate daily progress reports, manpower reports, site diaries, and material reconciliation logs.
• Inspections: Coordinate with the QA/QC team and the Consultant's inspectors to facilitate timely inspections and obtain necessary work approvals.
