Preferred candidate profile

Analyst -Telecom & OTS Maintenance & Commissioning Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent Min 6 years of exp Required Experience:br> - Maintain and improve technology infrastructure that delivers OT security services for both internal and external stakeholders. Monitor technology infrastructure ensuring high level of reliability, availability and performance of the operational infrastructure inline with established SLAs, OT security architecture and organizational objectives.br> - OT Network Management: Deploy and configure OT LANs, OT WANs. Conduct hands-on management and troubleshooting of OT networking devices. Document all maintenance requirements, procedures and prepare maintenance schedules.br> - OT Network Monitoring: Monitor network stability, availability and performance of managed OT network and provide network performance statistics reports. Configure security monitoring of managed OT network devices and action related alerts.br> - OT Network Support: Provide support for managed OT networks with 24x7 on call-support where required. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.br> - Security Management: Support operational security assurance for all managed OT networks. Administer, monitor & execute the needed maintenance of Level 3.5 and Level 2.5 network and security devices. Validate the exchange of data between Level 4 (IT) and Level 3 (OT) through the security layer of Level 3.5.br> - Security Controls and Requirements: Ensure appropriate security controls are implemented and maintained for the technology infrastructure that are proportional to the level of underlying risk. Test and apply security patches. OS and platform fixes as they arises for all managed systems in accordance with the established SLA and KPI targets.br> - Process Change Requests and System Design Refinements: Process approved changed requests as per established process and implement the same. Install and implement technologies in production as per the approved OT security architectures following validation of the same in tesVdev environment.br> - Preferred Certifications in Microsoft server infrastructure, VMWare, Microsoft Virtualization technologies, Networking such as CCNP (Routing and Switching, Security) or equivalentbr> - Preferrable experience in OT systems, networks and virtualization fields /p>
