Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of IT applications within the web scope.
Manage and lead a team of developers (Java, C#, Angular, etc.).
Guarantee the quality, performance, security, and compliance of application solutions with Group standards.
Supervise internal projects and those entrusted to external partners.
Manage the web applications for the Safran Tunisia campus (3 sites).
Support internal clients in defining their needs.
Conduct functional and technical analyses
. Define application architecture choices.
Plan and monitor development projects through to deployment and operational maintenance.
Ensure compliance with commitments, technical standards, and Group IT norms.
Lead assigned cross-functional projects.
Maintain continuous technological awareness in web development and digitalization.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of application practices and solutions.
Job Requirements:
Mastery of architectural principles Application and Information Systems
Knowledge of common web technologies and version control tools
Mastery of application security fundamentals
Ability to analyze and model business needs
Writing of complete functional and technical specifications Management of
acceptance testing phases and quality control of external services
Management of web projects, particularly using agile methodologies
Leadership and ability to supervise and develop a team of developers
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders
Autonomy and proactive approach
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
