Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot the dealer management system KeyLoop (Autoline Drive)

• Provide technical support to users of the dealer management system.

• Ensure the security and availability of the dealer management system.

• Develop and implement system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

• Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.

• Work with other IT staff to integrate the dealer management system with other systems.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in dealer management software.

• Set up and maintain user accounts.

• Troubleshoot problems with the system.

• Work with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the system.

• Develop Reports required by users, executives.

• Perform terminal setup and maintain Dealer Management System Documentations.

• Provide assistance for month closing to end users.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven 5-7 years of experience in KeyLoop (Autoline) Dealer Management System.

• Essential, in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with KeyLoop (Autoline) Dealer Management Systems.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred, although equivalent professional experience will be considered.

• A strong understanding of core business processes within the automotive retail industry, including sales, after-sales, parts, and service departments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical colleagues.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
