الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Monitor and control work on the construction site. 
  • Prepare the working drawings
  • Drafting reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and site meeting minutes
  • Develop and verify implementation schedules
  • Participate in the handover of the works
  • Check and validate the attachments and status of the work
  • Assisting the project owner in their procedures
  • Participate in technical meetings (weekly and monthly)
  • Identify technical problems and propose appropriate solutions
  • Ensure compliance with project standards and requirements

  • Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in monitoring and controlling works
  • Experience in developing project studies (Categories C, D and E)
  • Good knowledge of current laws and regulations
  • Sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Dynamic and able to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Proficient in design and rendering software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Escape
  • Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project or equivalent)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
