-Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.

- 4 - 7 years of experience in similar field with three (3) years in the Managerial position.

Develop & Implement the sales plan & action for the assigned team.

Coach & train the assigned team to develop skills & motivation to perform.

Review consumption & coverage sheets frequently to analyze the situation.

Direct and monitor activities of the field force within assigned area to achieve established sales targets.

Follow up the purchase of promotional items & timely delivery to specific areas.

Analyze the sales plan of each subordinate & develop the corrective actions accordingly.

Visit customers frequently along with medical representatives & field force managers for coaching & imitation in an effective manner.

Ensure the best utilization of expenses & resources among the team.

Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for the assigned area.

Identify the team members training needs on the company products.

Develop good relation with VIP customers & influence the team to imitate the same.

Maintain reports of market activities from team members on weekly basis.

Review promotional expenses regularly.

Get feedback from customers occasionally by visit or cold calling.

Ensure proper coverage of customers.

Set budget for the team under the supervision of top management.

Ensure the frequently updating of the company database.

Conduct meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discuss their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly.

Prepare periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements according to the business needs.

Manage employee affaires including: attendance, leaves, vacations, performance appraisal etc. in coordination with HR & Admin dept. acc. to the company policies and procedures.

Identify training needs in staff capabilities, knowledge & skills and come up with development plan followed by evaluation.

Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.

Ensure strict implementation of policies and guidelines.

Perform any other duties related to the job acc. to the business needs.
