الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Missions:   

  • To imagine, develop and improve artificial intelligence models and architectures in line with business needs.
  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to effectively integrate AI solutions into existing environments.
  • Implement in-depth testing phases to ensure the robustness, performance and reliability of the developed models.
  • To ensure the application of good ethical practices and the limitation of biases in artificial intelligence systems.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Search profile :

  • Holder of a Bac+5 level degree in engineering, computer science or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar AI role.

Required technical skills :

  • Good mastery of programming languages ​​such as Python, C or Java.
  • Proven experience in the development and validation of machine learning models.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for the deployment and scaling of solutions.
  • Knowledge of the main artificial intelligence frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, among others.

Personal qualities sought :

  • Excellent team spirit, while also being able to work independently.
  • Strong curiosity and ability to learn continuously in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an attraction to technical challenges.
  • Sensitivity to the ethical issues related to artificial intelligence and respect for good practices aimed at reducing bias.
  • Commitment, motivation and willingness to get involved in ambitious projects.
  • Good communication skills, with an ability to make complex technical concepts accessible.
