We are looking for a strong>mid-level 3D Artist/strong> to join our production team and contribute to still imagery across interior and exterior projects.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• understands realism as restraint, not excess
• is confident executing work within a defined visual direction
• cares deeply about lighting, composition, and material response
• wants to grow within a studio that priorities quality and process

You will work closely with project leads and senior artists, contributing to production while developing a strong editorial eye.

What You ll Be Working On

• High-end residential interiors and exteriors
• Developer and design-led projects
• Still imagery with an editorial, photographic sensibility
• Projects where accuracy, calm lighting, and material realism matter

This is strong>not/strong> fast-turnaround, mass-production CGI.

strong>Responsibilities/strong>

• Build and refine scenes based on architectural drawings and briefs
• Develop materials with realistic light response and subtle variation
• Execute lighting setups that priorities natural behavior and mood
• Support camera and composition setups defined by project leads
• Maintain consistency with NAM s visual standards across projects
• Participate in internal reviews and iterative refinement

What We re Looking For
strong>Required/strong>

• 3 5 years experience in architectural visualization
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition
• Ability to produce clean, realistic still images
• Experience working from drawings and material schedules
• Comfort receiving and applying art direction
• Attention to detail and visual restraint

strong>Strong Plus/strong>

• Interest in editorial interior / architecture photography
• Sensitivity to mood, atmosphere, and tonal balance
• Experience with high-end residential or developer work
• Ability to recognize and avoid CGI-looking results

Tools
We don t hire based on software dogma, but you should be confident with:

• 3ds Max
• V-Ray / Corona / similar production renderer
• Photoshop for subtle post-production
