Within the framework of managing a strategic real estate portfolio, the future Asset Manager will drive the operational, financial, and strategic performance of the properties, in conjunction with top management and internal and external teams. This key role involves ensuring the creation of sustainable value for the assets, defining and implementing marketing and development strategies, and guaranteeing consistency between the investment strategy and operational management.

Main tasks:

Portfolio strategy & management

• To define and implement the asset management strategy for the portfolio, in alignment with the group's financial and operational objectives.
• Monitor asset performance (operational and financial) and propose optimization or repositioning plans.
• Participate in the analysis and valuation of investment and divestment opportunities.

Operational and financial asset management

• Supervise property management activities and coordinate external partners (brokers, architects, project management consultants, tenants).
• to develop and monitor OPEX, CAPEX budgets and multi-year work plans.
• Ensure the annual updating of business plans and financial indicators for assets.
• Manage audits and technical assessments, and integrate their findings into the management strategy.

Customer and stakeholder relations

• Maintain constructive relationships with tenants, investors and external partners.
• Ensure contractual compliance and support renegotiations or rental issues.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) and Top Management.
