الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements.

  • Monitor and reconcile supplier and customer accounts.

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.

  • Assist in preparing management reports and financial statements.

  • Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required.

  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for accurate cost allocation.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (mandatory).

  • Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Availability to join immediately.
