المساعدة في إدارة العمليات اليومية للبار والصالة لضمان معايير خدمة عالية

  • دعم وإشراف على السقاة والخدم وموظفي الصالة خلال المناوبات

  • ضمان تجربة ممتازة للضيوف، والتعامل مع تعليقات الضيوف وحل المشاكل بشكل احترافي

  • التواصل بثقة مع الضيوف الناطقين بالعربية لبناء علاقة وولاء

  • المساعدة في جدولة الموظفين، والتدريب، ومراقبة الأداء

  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والنظافة

  • دعم التحكم في المخزون، وطلب السلع، وإدارة التكاليف

  • المساعدة في تنفيذ العروض الترويجية، والفعاليات، واستراتيجيات زيادة المبيعات

  • الحفاظ على النظافة، والأجواء، والعرض العام للبار/الصالة

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

خبرة سابقة في بار أو صالة أو دور إدارة الضيافة

  • إجادة اللغة العربية (المطلوبة تحدثًا؛ مفضل كتابيًا)

  • مهارات قيادية، واتصالية، وعلاقات شخصية قوية
