Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and FAB policies.
- Oversee audit readiness, operational controls, and risk management protocols to safeguard branch assets.
- Review and validate key operational reports, cash controls, and transaction authorisations.
- Ensure all branch activities adhere to service standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Supervise and mentor staff, promoting a customer-centric culture and professional growth.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance evaluations, and skills development for team members.
- Support scheduling and workforce planning to maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead daily huddles and team briefings to reinforce targets and service priorities.
Business Growth & Relationship Management
- Support the Branch Manager in developing strategies to meet branch sales and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively grow the branch s customer portfolio.
- Strengthen relationships with high-value and priority clients, ensuring tailored service delivery.
- Promote cross-selling of FAB products including liabilities, assets, cards, insurance, and digital channels.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Handle escalated and complex customer issues with professionalism and problem-solving focus.
- Support initiatives to enhance NPS, branch service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure staff consistently meet service KPIs and follow FAB s customer engagement standards.
- Participate in community engagement activities to represent and promote the FAB brand.
Risk, Compliance & Control
- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, and operational risk standards.
- Monitor and implement risk mitigation measures across operational and service processes.
- Support internal and external audit reviews, ensuring timely closure of findings.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and review financial, operational, and performance reports for senior management.
- Analyse data to support decision-making in sales, service quality, and operational control.
- Provide timely updates on key performance indicators and business trends.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
UAE national as part of FAB s Emiratisation strategy.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field.
3 5 years experience in banking or financial services, ideally with supervisory exposure.
Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills (English and Arabic).
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, branch operations, and banking systems.
Sound understanding of UAE banking regulations and Emiratisation frameworks.
Professional certifications such as CBA or CAMS are an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-paced environments.
High ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity.
