Join EY s Business Development team to drive growth, client satisfaction, and strategic pursuits across key accounts in MENA and Growth Markets. This role is client-centric, market-facing, and requires the ability to leverage EY s global network to deliver solutions that meet complex client needs. You will work closely with service line leaders, Regional Managing Partners, and BD teams to execute go-to-market strategies, manage account pipelines, and lead high-value pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership & Relationship Management: Establish trusted, long-term relationships with clients, particularly at the "C" level; act as a consultative advisor, identifying client needs and proposing solutions that add measurable value.
- Business Development & Growth: Drive revenue, sales, and pipeline growth through account planning, opportunity management, and strategic market initiatives. Participate in complex pursuits and lead presentations, negotiations, and proposals.
- Strategy & Market Input: Collaborate with service line leaders to develop and deploy service line growth strategies, strategic campaigns, and pursuit coverage strategies. Provide insights into market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Implement account management excellence using EY s frameworks, monitor pipeline and trends, and participate in revenue planning processes.
- Talent Leadership: Coach and mentor junior BD staff and client-serving professionals to build high-performing teams.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions and services at the "C" level, preferably across large conglomerate companies, Health care, Logistics, Automotive, Telco, Aviation, Consumer retail or in a family business segment.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization.
- Expertise in account management, pipeline development, and opportunity creation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, thrive in fast-paced, multi-cultural environments, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with formal tendering processes, proposals, and pursuit methodologies.
- Transforms available data into strategic insights to drive impactful business development decisions.
