The Assistant Factory Manager supports the Factory Manager in managing overall denim pants production operations, including cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing. The role ensures production targets, quality standards, cost control, and compliance requirements are achieved efficiently.

• Assist in planning and monitoring daily and monthly production targets
• Coordinate activities between cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing departments
• Ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery
• Monitor production efficiency, manpower utilization, and line balancing
• Support quality control activities and ensure buyer requirements are met
• Identify production problems and help implement corrective actions
• Control fabric wastage, rework, and washing rejection
• Assist in supervising supervisors, line leaders, and workers
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance standards
• Prepare daily production and efficiency reports for management

• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of denim / jeans pants production
• Understanding of cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing processes
• Basic knowledge of SAM, IE, productivity, and efficiency calculation
