Monthly Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements by the 4th working day.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Support VAT filing, tax audit processes, and ensure compliance with UAE Tax laws.

• Prepare Monthly MIS reports for management review.

Weekly Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement areas.

• Ensure financial statements comply with IFRS and accounting standards.

• Reconcile General Ledger and intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Review Receivable and Payable reports and ensure accuracy.

Daily Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.

• Prepare and report daily fund flow statements.

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

• Reconcile vendor, customer, and key accounts regularly.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve financial issues.

• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure agreement between operational data and financial records.
