Assistant Operations Manager- Abu-Dhabi & Dubai Service teams Bhatia Brothers FZE

•Minimum experience of 6-8 years on plant maintenance/Projects/service operations for the repair & maintenance of utility equipments. (Rotating Equipments, Air Compressors, Pumps, Electric Motors, Generators and HVAC Systems, Cooling Tower,ETP, STP, RO, Oxygen/Nitrogen/CO2 plant)

•Oversees all aspects of plant maintenance, including equipment repair, installation, and upkeep to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime

•Strong mechanical and electrical experience with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of Reciprocating, Rotary and other type of Air compressors, including electrical panels, LT motors and Air-end overhauls.

•Handling a minimum team size of technicians / helpers of about 50 people and contracting companies for execution of outage maintenance.

•Having Sound Technical Knowledge of Utility Equipments, Air Compressors and HVAC (Screw and Centrifugal) systems preferred

•Direct responsibility for achieving Revenue Budget set and agreed with the Management

Other Responsibilities:

•Assisting Service Manager in Business Operations.

•Control business relationships with key decision makers in the industry to assure client retention, enforce compliance with contract terms and payment schedules, as per credit control policies of the company.
