What You ll Do

* Ensure high levels of customer service are delivered consistently in-store
* Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
* Drive sales and ensure business KPIs such as net sales, conversion, shrinkage, and stock turnover are achieved
* Enforce compliance with Model Store Standards in relation to visual merchandising and store presentation
* Take full accountability for commercial performance and minimizing stock loss
* Coach and mentor store teams to improve service, brand knowledge, and retail performance
* Analyze underperformance drivers and implement corrective action plans
* Support Majid Al Futtaim s sustainability strategy Dare Today, Change Tomorrow through operational initiatives

Ideal Profile

* High school certificate minimum; bachelor s degree preferred
* 5+ years of retail industry experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
* Proven track record of achieving strong business results in retail operations
* Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or premium/luxury retail strongly preferred
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
* Strong commercial awareness, analytical ability, and communication skills
