الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the deployment of the general management's strategic directions by defining and communicating objectives to its collaborators
  • To ensure and oversee the analysis of internal and external issues related to one's assigned structure
  • Monitor risks that could compromise the achievement of assigned objectives.
  • Ensure the definition and implementation of appropriate actions to address risks and opportunities impacting compliance with requirements, and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions undertaken.

Attributions (t ches et responsabilit s) :

  • To gather all information relating to central structures and the conduct of operating procedures requested by members;
  • Providing assistance and advice to the CEO and central structures on management matters
  • Conducting any financial study at the request of the CEO , a central structure, or on their own initiative
  • to develop financial diagnoses and highlight strengths, weaknesses, and appropriate recommendations

  • Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and its structures (including Projects)
  • Ensure the application of the procedures and rules (that concern him) dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by:
  • Report any observation of anomaly, malfunction or failure that may have a negative impact on the Quality of services / Products, the health and safety of workers, or on the Environment.
  • To propose, if necessary, corrective/preventive actions and measures
  • To be involved in awareness-raising, dissemination, and popularization activities regarding the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS) policy , in order to establish, instill, and consolidate the Integrated Management System mindset at all levels and in daily management activities.
