Plan, set up, and implement promotional campaigns and activities aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with digital marketing channel partners to ensure account structures follow best practices in e-commerce and reflect local market trends.
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across SEM, META, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter to achieve KPIs such as new customers, revenue growth, CPO, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the creative team to review campaign creatives, provide feedback, and enhance performance.
Monitor campaign budgets, ensuring proper allocation and highlighting potential risks or opportunities.
Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and share actionable insights with the wider team.
Benchmark competitors digital marketing strategies and highlight key learnings for continuous improvement.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
2 3 years of experience in e-commerce or performance-driven digital marketing roles.
Proven experience managing social media campaigns across META, TikTok, Snapchat, SEM, and other paid platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and recommend optimizations.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on continuous learning.
