قيادة عملية المبيعات بالكامل من التنقيب حتى الإغلاق، مع تقديم توقعات شهرية بدقة عالية.
تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الحسابات لتوسيع وجود Base Chemical Insights في المنطقة.
التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والمنتجات لوضع الحلول بشكل فعال وتقديم رسائل قائمة على القيمة.
السفر حوالي 35% من الوقت عبر الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وشبه القارة الهندية.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
حد أدنى 10 سنوات من خبرة المبيعات، بما في ذلك ما لا يقل عن 8 سنوات في بيع الحلول المعقدة للشركات في الشرق الأوسط أو أفريقيا أو شبه القارة الهندية.
نجاح مثبت في إغلاق صفقات كبيرة ومعقدة في المواد الكيميائية الأساسية أو الصناعات ذات الصلة.
مهارات استشارية قوية في البيع القيمي، مع سجل حافل في كشف احتياجات العملاء ومطابقتها مع الحلول المخصصة.
خبرة في استخدام أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء (يفضل Salesforce) وإجادة في Microsoft Excel وWord وPowerPoint.
طلاقة في المحادثة التجارية باللغة الإنجليزية (شفوي وكتابي).
شهادة بكاليوس في العلوم أو مجال تقني ذي صلة تعتبر ميزة.
