As Associate Director, you will assume entrepreneurial responsibility for demanding mandates in the area of ​​Governance, Risk & Compliance, drive business development and operate confidently at senior management and board levels

Your tasks

• Management and implementation of complex consulting mandates with a focus on the conception and further development of compliance management systems (e.g. ISO 37301, IDW PS 980).
• Management of the implementation and optimization of governance, risk management and internal control systems (e.g. COSO, IDW PS PHONE_NUMBER).
• Trusted sparring partner for company management and preparation of decision-ready documents for boards of directors and supervisory bodies.
• Active participation in business development through identification of market opportunities, support with offers and sustainable expansion of client relationships.
