The Role

The Regional Account Manager will take a key leadership position overseeing data centre projects and operations in Qatar. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and technical oversight, serving as the main point of contact for regional delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and ecosystem partners.

Oversee consulting, design, project management, and commissioning activities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Support technical teams and mentor engineers within the regional operation.

Represent the business at industry events and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in data centre infrastructure, MEP, power, or cooling systems.

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline (BEng or higher).

Strong record of success in business development, account management, and client engagement.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

In-depth technical understanding of data centre design, risk management, and delivery processes.

Familiarity with Uptime Tiers, TIA-942-B, and design software such as CAD/Revit (preferred).

Bonus: ATD certification or similar industry qualification.
