Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary planning and design team, providing clear direction, quality oversight, and professional development support
- Manage master planning projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client vision and regulatory frameworks
- Develop and implement work programs that translate strategic project objectives into detailed execution plans
- Conduct advanced urban planning, urban design, and analytical research to support design decisions
- Review deliverables to ensure compliance with local and international planning codes, design standards, and sustainability benchmarks
- Gather and evaluate socioeconomic and physical data to inform master plan recommendations
- Develop technical inputs, planning reports, and high-quality presentations for clients and authorities
- Coordinate with government agencies, developers, and consultants to facilitate effective project delivery
- Contribute to business development activities including bid preparation, pricing, and proposal development
- Build and nurture strong client relationships and represent Parsons in key stakeholder meetings
- Support marketing and presentation efforts to promote Parsons design and planning capabilities

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Master s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a closely related field
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in master planning and urban design, preferably with large-scale regional or international projects
Proven expertise in developing comprehensive master plans, conceptual layouts, and strategic urban frameworks
Strong understanding of planning codes, zoning laws, and development regulations in the UAE and GCC
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams and project portfolios
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, InDesign, and 3D modeling tools
Client engagement experience within the Middle East region is essential
Professional certifications such as AICP or RTPI are preferred
