Key Responsibilities

• Support product discovery by gathering insights from customer conversations, support tickets, and internal feedback
• Regularly engage with customers (finance teams, accountants, and operators) to understand their workflows and pain points
• Assist in creating clear, user-friendly documentation, including help articles and integration guides
• Help plan and run training sessions and demos for internal teams (support, sales) and customers.
• Work closely with senior product managers to execute on defined priorities and features.

Your focus will be on learning the domain, understanding users deeply, and delivering high-quality execution. Over time, youu2019ll build the context and skills needed to take on broader product ownership.

Product Discovery

• Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to surface unmet needs.
• Synthesize insights from customer calls, support data, and usage patterns
• Help define and prioritize problems worth solving before jumping to solutions
• Collaborate on opportunity sizing and validating assumptions early

Learn & Work on Integrations

• Develop an understanding of how integrations work (APIs, data syncing, workflows)
• Learn how accounting systems handle data like invoices, payments, and ledgers
• Help investigate and troubleshoot integration issues

Work Closely with Customers & Support

• Review support tickets and identify common issues
• Join customer calls or internal discussions to understand real problems
• Help document workflows and common edge cases

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work with product managers, engineers, design, and support teams
• Communicate updates clearly and ask questions when things are unclear
• Stay organized and follow through on assigned tasks.
