We are looking for a Junior Java Engineer to join our technical teams and work on development, analysis and maintenance activities for Java applications for our client.
The role consists of participating in the development of backend solutions, contributing to technical design, developing APIs, performing unit tests and collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure reliable, high-performance and scalable applications.
Location: Casablanca
Level: /strong> Bac +5 (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent)
Experience: 0-2 years
Technical skills:/strong>
- Java (8 or higher)
- Spring / Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- Relational databases (SQL)
- Git
- Unit testing concepts (JUnit, Mockito)
- A first Docker/CI CD exposure is a plus
Languages: French required, technical English appreciated
Your tasks
- Participate in the development and maintenance of backend applications in Java, respecting good development practices. Contribute to the analysis of technical and functional requirements, in collaboration with project teams.
- Develop and expose REST APIs using the Spring/Spring Boot frameworks. Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Participate in debugging, bug fixing and continuous improvement of applications.
- Use version control tools ( Git) and follow the development processes in place (CI/CD, code review).
- Document the developments achieved and contribute to the capitalization of knowledge.
