الأدوار والمسؤوليات
The role is responsible for promoting and facilitating vehicle leasing services to individual and corporate clients. The role ensures customer satisfaction through professional handling of leasing inquiries, accurate documentation, timely delivery of vehicles, and maintaining strong client relationships to maximize revenue and fleet utilization. Responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales calls and customer visits within their assigned territory to diverse customers and executives to help fulfill their transportation and financial needs. This position is responsible for exceeding monthly revenue quotas through ongoing customer development and prospecting activities, consistent proposal generation and active management of a sales pipeline.
Customer Service & Sales
- Handle customer inquiries for short-term and long-term vehicle leases.
- Prepare and present quotations to clients in line with company policies and pricing.
- Conduct vehicle handover and return processes, ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Upsell additional services such as insurance, GPS, maintenance packages, and upgrades.
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach at all times.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers that meet or exceed established quotas via prospecting, networking and referral activities within a regional market.
Contract & Documentation Management
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all terms and conditions are correctly documented.
- Verify customer documents (license, ID, credit card, etc.) before releasing vehicles.
- Maintain updated records of all leasing transactions and agreements.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for payment follow-ups and collections.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with the fleet and maintenance teams for vehicle availability and servicing schedules.
- Ensure leased vehicles are in excellent condition and meet safety standards.
- Assist in vehicle delivery, replacement, or collection as required.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain daily records of leasing activities, client feedback, and vehicle movements.
- Provide periodic sales and leasing performance reports to the supervisor/manager.
- Support in achieving branch or departmental revenue and utilization targets.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in consultative and strategic selling techniques, including previous experience in articulating/presenting multiple products and services to C-level executives both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to connect and build rapport/relationships with internal and external customers at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects/work streams.
- Skill in the operation of variety of computer software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sales CRM.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Knowledge of vehicle models, leasing terms, and insurance requirements.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of executive-level sales experience or experience in a sales support role with executive-level exposure to customers, preferably in a service and transportation selling environment, car rental or automotive leasing operations.
