Automation Engineer

To monitor and support equipment suppliers in the context of equipment implementation and maintenance monitoring.

• Execution of OT following DI relating to robotic devices or devices piloted by automata.
• Define the general architecture of a machine or an automated production line.
• To manage the testing and commissioning of the machines.
• Intervening on automated equipment within the framework of preventive and corrective programs.
• Ensure the proper functioning of systems and programs (adjustments, modifications, updates or reprogramming...) of automated systems or robots.

• Interpret the information gathered, diagnose any malfunctions and analyze the operations carried out, in conjunction with the Production department.
• Check, clean, adjust or replace the various devices controlled by the PLCs: hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, contactors, relays.
• Check all electronic components linked to these systems to verify their proper functioning or carry out their replacement or modification.
• Express these needs in terms of spare parts to your manager.
• Complete the maintenance operations logs and report any anomalies.
• As part of these activities, the hygiene and safety procedures in force must be respected so that the premises, equipment and facilities are returned clean and to prevent any contamination of the products.
• To train and advise production departments on automated equipment.
