Automotive Project Manager


Within the context of automotive activity, several developments involving the integration of ADAS functions and mechatronic components are coordinated and managed to ensure successful integration into vehicles with the Volkswagen automotive manufacturer.

In this context, we are looking for Project Managers

The main activities to be carried out are as follows:

  • To ensure a good interface with the client.
  • Ensuring the program's performance objectives (quality, cost, profitability, delivery, time) in the management of complex project programs
  • Ensure program coordination in order to launch projects in accordance with client expectations.
  • Check and validate the activities to reach the milestones, and resolve the problems.
  • To be the client's main interface for their program project.
  • Manage communication with clients regarding project progress: monitoring, project progress reports, client relationship management, communication, crisis management

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Candidates should have a positive work ethic and a strong team spirit. They should be proactive and available to colleagues when needed. Experience in managing client/supplier or client/service provider relationships would be an asset. Experience in the automotive industry, ideally with ADAS systems focused on piloting or managing software teams, is preferred. Knowledge of ADAS and ECU functions would be an asset. Candidates should have the ability to manage projects and be organized. They should possess strong analytical, planning, organizational, and initiative skills. Candidates should be rigorous, methodical (contract management), autonomous, enjoy teamwork, and have a results-oriented mindset. The position is in an international environment; fluency in written and spoken French and English is required.
