Band & Orchestra Technician (Senior Grade)

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Band & Orchestra instruments to distributors and their technicians across the region.

• Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs in alignment with Yamaha s global quality

standards and methodologies.

• Develop and update technical documentation (e.g., service manuals, repair guidelines).

• Design and deliver structured technical training programs, both in-person and online.

• Lead seminars, workshops, and certification sessions to elevate distributor technician

capabilities.

• Collaborate with Yamaha global technical teams to stay aligned with evolving standards and innovations.

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement by adopting new tools, techniques, and feedback from HQ.

Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in repair and maintenance of woodwind, brass, & string instruments.

Arabic or any other CIS country s language is a plus.)

Digital Literacy : Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Mobility : Willing & able to travel across the region for training and support.
