Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Description :

set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.
Responsible for training and coaching of the banquet staff.
Ensure all cutlery/crockery/utensils/,etc. are clean and dry and available during service time
Ensure that the Baine Marie is clean and the temperature is as required prior to pick up of Food.
Ensure that HACCP procedures are followed and records are updated.
Ensure all trays and used items are cleared from all the tables.
