التبليغ إلى مساعد مدير المطعم، ستكون مسؤولاً عن المساعدة في قيادة عمليات منفذ الفندق بشغف وإبداع، وضمان خدمة استثنائية واهتمام لضيوفنا.
ستتضمن المسؤوليات اختيار وإدارة المواهب وتطوير فريق مطعمنا، والعمل عن كثب مع فريق القيادة في قسم الطعام والشراب في تصميم القوائم وقوائم النبيذ، والتحكم في التكاليف من خلال الجدولة الفعالة، وإعداد الميزانيات، وقرارات الشراء، ومراقبة المخزون وتدابير التحكم في التكاليف، ومراقبة وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين المرافق والمعدات حيثما كان ذلك مطلوبًا، وأن تكون مرئيًا للغاية في العمليات، وتوفير الاعتراف، وتعزيز العلاقات العامة الجيدة والاعتناء بالطلبات الخاصة مع الالتزام بتقديم تجربة منتبهة ومميزة لضيوفنا.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
موهبة خاصة وشغف لضمان تقديمك أنت وفريقك أعلى المعايير باستمرار وضمان خدمة استثنائية واهتمام لضيوفنا. يجب أن يكون لديك ثروة من الخبرة الإشرافية في المطاعم في الفنادق الفاخرة و/أو المطاعم المستقلة أو مجموعات المطاعم، ويفضل أن يكون لديك حد أدنى من سنتين من الخبرة في نفس المنصب، ولديك رغبة في التركيز على تطوير فريقنا، والانتباه للتفاصيل، ومهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات والتواصل، والقدرة على القيام بعدة مهام مع مهارات تنظيم ممتازة، وأن تكون لاعب فريق ولديك لمسة إبداعية قوية؛ جالباً لمستك الشخصية وطاقة إلى تجارب مطعمنا.
إجادة اللغة الفرنسية والعربية والإنجليزية أمر ضروري لهذا الموقع، بالإضافة إلى الأهلية للعمل في المغرب.
