Main responsibilities:

• Welcomes the customer and contributes to their loyalty through a warm and relaxed relationship.
• Optimize sales while adhering to Sofitel service standards and bar-specific rules
• Greets and seats the client upon arrival
• He shows appreciation to regular customers while remaining discreet.

• Contributes to the bar's atmosphere and decoration
• Prepares and serves drinks according to each person's specific customs, and includes savory or sweet side dishes.
• Handles any customer complaints and quickly provides a solution.
• Takes note of the quality of services offered through customer feedback and quality audits and takes the necessary corrective measures
• Process of invoicing consumption and collections.
