  • Execute batch processes precisely, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal product quality.
  • Monitor and control process parameters, proactively adjusting settings to maintain consistent product specifications and prevent deviations.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, identifying and resolving minor issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Accurately document all batch activities, including process parameters, material usage, and deviations, for comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Safely handle and dispense raw materials, following established protocols to prevent contamination and ensure accurate measurements.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the batch process, collecting samples and performing tests to verify product compliance.
  • Collaborate with other team members, sharing information and assisting in process improvements to streamline operations.
