BI Analyst Concentrix Corporation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI/b, and advanced Excel functions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare clean, professional PowerPoint presentations/b summarizing key insights and recommendations for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial, IT, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate analytical outputs.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all BI platforms and reporting tools.
• Build automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and increase reporting efficiency.
• Utilize SQL or similar query languages/b to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal systems and databases.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and generate performance insights as required by business leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience/b> /p>

• Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI/b (dashboard creation, KPIs, visual storytelling).
• High-level skills in Excel/b (Pivot tables, Power Query, formula writing, data modelling).
• Working knowledge of SQL/b for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with other tools like Google Analytics, Python (basic), Alteryx, Power Automate/b, or similar is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for a non-technical audience.
