Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and other BIM tools.

• Coordinate MEP designs with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines.

• Ensure clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other coordination tools.

• Work closely with Project/ Construction/ BIM/ MEP managers, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth BIM integration.

• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows for MEP systems.

• Generate shop drawings, as-built models, and detailed MEP documentation.

• Conduct BIM model audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews.

• Stay updated on BIM advancements, industry best practices, and new technologies.

• Create digital simulations of onsite workflows and construction sequences.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) throughout all project phases.

• Transfer information and model data to updated software versions when required.

• Ensure all BIM model parameters and deliverables are in full compliance with the BEP.

• Support coordination meetings and assist in resolving interdisciplinary clashes.
