Key Responsibilities:

• BIM Coordination and Management:
  • Coordinate BIM workflows between architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of project elements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Clash Detection and Resolution:
  • Perform clash detection using tools such as Navisworks or similar software.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Standards and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to company and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) across all projects.
  • Establish and enforce quality control measures for BIM deliverables.
• Team Collaboration and Support:
  • Act as a liaison between various project teams to enhance collaboration and communication.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM-related issues.
• Model Reviews and Updates:
  • Regularly review BIM models to ensure alignment with project objectives and design intent.
  • Manage updates and modifications to models based on project changes.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and other related documents.
  • Generate progress reports highlighting model development, coordination status, and identified challenges.
• Technology Implementation:
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM tools and technologies, implementing advancements to improve efficiency.
  • Manage software integration and ensure teams are equipped with the required tools.
• Training and Development:
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to improve their BIM skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and update training materials to ensure consistent understanding of BIM processes.
• Client and Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Communicate with clients and external stakeholders to align BIM objectives with project requirements.
  • Address client inquiries and provide updates on BIM-related progress.
• Data Management:
  • Establish protocols for data storage, sharing, and management to maintain the integrity of BIM files and information.
