• BIM Strategy Development:

  • Ensure BIM workflows and processes comply with international standards and best practices.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • Supervise and mentor BIM coordinators and team members to ensure efficient performance.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the technical skills and capabilities of the BIM team.
• Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless BIM integration in all phases of project delivery.
  • Resolve technical and coordination challenges to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Modeling and Data Management:
  • Oversee the development and management of accurate BIM models, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement robust data management protocols to maintain the integrity of BIM datasets.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related inquiries and updates.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with clients and project teams to review progress and address issues.
• Technology Implementation:
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and tools, incorporating advancements into company operations.
  • Manage software licenses, updates, and integrations to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with local regulations, client requirements, and industry standards.
  • Establish and enforce quality control measures for BIM processes and outputs.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed reports on BIM progress, challenges, and outcomes for senior management.
