Produce and update digital models (3D/parametric) derived from point clouds, 2D plans, and field measurements, strictly adhering to the BIM charter, the BIM convention, and the standards defined by the BIM Manager.

Ensure geometric accuracy, attribute completeness, and conformity of deliverables to industrial project requirements

Convert data from laser scans, 2D plans, and field measurements into precise and structured BIM objects.

Model the architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, piping, and industrial equipment elements according to the provided templates.

Maintaining the consistency and integrity of the models: nomenclatures, families, shared parameters, coding

Systematically apply the BIM charter, the BIM convention, the naming conventions, and the LOD/LOI matrices.

Ensure uniformity of styles, families, and parameters used in all models.

Report any difficulties or inconsistencies detected in the rules or in the model

Working closely with BIM Coordinators to understand the specific modeling and simulation needs of each building

Report technical problems, point cloud discrepancies, or optimization needs

Supporting Coordinators or other team members on specific points (Dynamo scripts, best practices)

Perform self-checks before submission (geometry verification, attributes, basic collisions)

Prepare the deliverables for integration into the Fdre model (IFC/RVT exports, bills of materials, control views)

Archiving and versioning files according to defined CDE procedures

Regular inter-site travel is expected.

Occasional trips abroad are possible.

• My proficiency with BIM software: Revit, Archicad
• Reading and interpreting technical plans
• Knowledge in: Architecture, Concrete/Metal Structures and Technical Systems (HVAC, Electricity, Plumbing)
• Level of Detail (LOD) Management
• Clash detection
• Foundations in BIM standards (ISO 19650, BIM conventions)
