الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Lead the BIM strategy across architectural projects, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 standards and best practices.
Mentor and manage a team of BIM specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Oversee development, management, and optimization of Revit models for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Ensure interdisciplinary coordination through federated models, clash detection, and model health audits using tools like Navisworks or BIMcollab.
Drive adoption of parametric and computational design workflows using Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper, enhancing efficiency and design innovation.
Collaborate with visualization teams to integrate BIM data into real-time rendering tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion) and AI-assisted design platforms.
Standardize and enforce BIM protocols, templates, libraries, and naming conventions across all projects.
Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure accurate documentation, version control, and traceability.
Stay abreast of emerging BIM technologies and drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and workflows.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of professional BIM experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/leadership role.
Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on complex projects.
Advanced knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo; familiarity with AI-assisted design and real-time visualization tools is a plus.
Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards, BIM execution planning, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management skills, with the ability to influence project delivery and organizational BIM strategy.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
