Biomedical Service Technician / Biomedical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of medical imaging and diagnostic equipment
• Conduct on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients
• Ensure equipment functionality complies with safety and regulatory standards
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation
• Support customers with product demonstrations and technical training when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and customer experience
• Participate in preventive maintenance schedules and emergency service coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree or Technical Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Previous experience in servicing medical equipment is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of medical equipment safety and standards
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to travel locally and work on-site at hospitals/clinics
• Valid driving license is preferred
