الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Operate, monitor, and maintain boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Perform routine inspections of boilers, pumps, valves, and related equipment.
- Adjust boiler controls to regulate steam pressure, temperature, and fuel supply.
- Record operational data such as pressure readings, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.
- Identify equipment malfunctions and take corrective actions promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on boiler equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs or system upgrades.
- Respond to system alarms, emergencies, and unexpected shutdowns.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the boiler room and mechanical areas.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Boiler Operator, Boiler Technician, or in industrial plant operations.
- Valid boiler operation license or certification (where required by local regulations).
- Strong understanding of steam systems, combustion principles, and boiler safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in heat-exposed industrial environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or on-call when required.
