Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide subject matter expertise on derivatives products to internal committees, working groups, and senior management.

2. Conduct in depth market research and benchmarking to identify product gaps, emerging trends, and innovation opportunities in derivatives markets.

3. Support in Preparing detailed product proposals, business cases, and feasibility studies, including cost benefit and impact analyses.

4. Design product structures, specifications, and lifecycle frameworks in coordination with trading, clearing, risk, legal, and operations teams.

5. Ensure all developed products comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and exchange requirements.

6. Liaise with market participants, members, vendors, and service providers to gather feedback and support product adoption.

7. Monitor product performance post launch and recommend improvements based on usage, liquidity, and risk indicators.

8. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define margin models, contract specifications, settlement mechanisms, and risk controls.

9. Support the drafting and review of product related documentation, rules, procedures, and disclosures.

10. Manage product enhancements, amendments, and sunset processes for existing derivatives products.

11. Contribute to strategic initiatives related to market development, product diversification, and revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities

1. Advice on the division/department strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration.

2. Support the division s management by providing expert opinions and recommendations on specialized matters, and deliver leadership assistance on other projects as needed.

3. Advice on risk management and mitigation tactics within the division/department.

4. Recommend tools, frameworks, and methodology to ensure proper governance and monitoring of the division/department projects.

5. Advice on the development of future state process flows, and suggest divisional/departmental and workflow changes based on the market best practices.

6. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.

7. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
