Building Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor KAYAN HOLDING LLC

• We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor with strong technical background in multi-skilled building maintenance. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing maintenance work independently while supervising technicians, managing site operations, and ensuring service quality standards. This is a working supervisor role — not office-based.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with regulations.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient and effective task completion and adherence to safety protocols.

• Handle emergency maintenance issues

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians on site

• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity

• Ensure work is completed on time and as per company standards

• Conduct quality inspections after job completion

• Train junior technicians

• Maintain tools and inventory control

• Prepare basic daily/weekly reports

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections and promptly addressing any identified issues to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

• Manage and monitor maintenance budgets, including cost control, vendor management, and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
