Missions

• Supports the Product Owner in defining Epics, User Stories, and their acceptance criteria.
• Is proactive in challenging the Backlog and its prioritization
• Help the team understand the User Stories in the product backlog with the necessary level of detail.
• Help the Product Owner test the User Stories after development
• Performs regression tests on each new version released
• S ensures that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone.

At each stage of the product lifecycle, it:

• Provides technical and digital expertise
• Illuminates, with its digital experience, the solutions imagined by the Product Owner (best practices, consistency with market standards, etc.)
• Provides advice on possible improvements to the Product Backlog
• Has a good functional knowledge and expertise of the existing product, its functionalities and its management rules.

During the upstream phases of product development (new products or evolutions of existing products), it:

• Contributes to the preliminary and final scoping thanks to their business and IT expertise
• Analyzes the impacts of new business demands on products in production
• Analyze the business process and propose improvements.
• Contributes to studies on functional architecture and the definition of the product roadmap

Throughout the execution of the Product, it:

• Helps the Product Owner prioritize the Product Backlog
• Proposes prioritization adjustments based on perceived value
• Understands and prioritizes technical stories suggested by the team as well as anomalies
• Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone
• D breaks down and sizes each feature into User Stories small enough to be implemented in a Sprint
• D defines the necessary acceptance criteria so that the team understands and develops the User Stories
• Clarify any user story request from a team member.
• Ensures that the User Stories developed by the team are tested and validated before the demo
• Contributes to the testing of developed User Stories
• D describes the end-to-end testing strategy
• Builds given games for testing
