Your main responsibilities

  • Analyze the processes of the Transport & Logistics department in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyze the data necessary for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on key indicators.
  • Develop and optimize analysis and reporting models.
  • Automate and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency.
  • Conduct specific analyses as requested by management.
  • Ensure the reliability and quality of the data used in the analyses.
  • Present the results and recommendations to internal stakeholders during regular meetings.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Desired profile

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, reporting or data analysis.

Experience in transportation, logistics or supply chain is an asset.

Education: Advanced degree in finance, economics, auditing, data analysis or equivalent field.

Languages: French: minimum level B1+ / English: minimum level B1+

Technical skills

Advanced Excel (essential)

Data reporting and analysis tools

Power BI is an asset

Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Desired qualities

Rigour and attention to detail (objective: zero errors)

Analytical mind and ability to synthesize information

Autonomy and organization

results orientation

Good communication with internal teams and clients

Adaptability in an international environment
