The Business Consultant will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and subsidiary management teams across the EMEA region. This role focuses on business transformation, performance improvement, operational optimization, and strategic planning.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates located within the EMEA region. The role may require periodic travel depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Corporate Advisory

• Support the development and execution of corporate and subsidiary-level strategies
• Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and expansion analyses
• Contribute to annual business planning cycles and long-term strategic roadmaps
• Provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making

Operational Excellence & Performance Improvement

• Analyze operational workflows, cost structures, and performance metrics
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process optimization initiatives
• Lead performance improvement projects across different business units
• Implement KPI frameworks and reporting dashboards to monitor business health

Financial & Commercial Analysis

• Review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to assess performance gaps
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options
• Support cost reduction initiatives and margin improvement strategies
• Assess commercial models, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization opportunities

Transformation & Change Management

• Support restructuring initiatives and organizational design improvements
• Drive cross-functional transformation projects across multiple geographies
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives
• Monitor post-implementation results and ensure measurable impact

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and board materials
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior management
• Coordinate between subsidiaries and corporate leadership
• Ensure alignment between group-level strategy and operational execution
