  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the street furniture and wayfinding systems sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, urban planners, municipal authorities, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Lead the preparation of bids, proposals, and tender documents for urban projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Represent YetTrace at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or a related role within urban solutions or construction industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of street furniture, wayfinding systems, or urban design solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing technical proposals and tender documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in an office environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits as required.
  • preferred live in Sheikh Zayed , 6th of October or around.
