Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities within the staffing/recruitment industry across Qatar and the broader Middle East.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Procurement Leads in target companies.

  • Analyze client hiring requirements and provide customized workforce solutions (permanent, contract, or outsourced).

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and deliver insightful market intelligence reports.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful service delivery to clients.

  • Represent Alftek at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility.

  • Track market trends and competitor movements to identify areas for strategic growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition in the staffing/recruitment sector.

  • Demonstrated sales success in Qatar or the GCC region.

  • In-depth knowledge of Qatar s labor laws, visa procedures, and hiring regulations.

  • Strong professional network across key industries such as oil & gas, construction, IT, healthcare, and government.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a proactive spirit.

  • Fluent in English; (Arabic is a strong advantage.)

  • Currently residing in Qatar with a valid work/residency permit. (Driving License is a advantage)
